i can't tell whether today was good. it was seventy degrees and perfect, and everybody skated together, and yeah! but i guess i pulled my hamstring kind of badly. oh well? it's hot outside today!

here's an air-brain:

19 april bike skate chocolate cake

reeeeport.
we started at a street corner where ian & ptr got booted
apparently their wall cost $50,000
and we can't skate $50,000 walls.
so we skated across the street
and i beat ptr at skate
and then we went to northeastern curve ledge, where we met tom
though we stopped at MFA on the way and ptr did this:

we got to skate the curve ledge for a while:

but then some kids group swarmed it like bees:

and we lost ptr and rode to some spot in south boston that was fun and looked like this:

after that we went spot hunting and ended up at a stadium with a really high, gritty drop ledge
and a gravel landing
tom thought he should royale it
and i thought i should photograph it
so we did that:

and then we went to victoria's for cake!

the end.

ian, your fingers are too quick

ian forgot to mention this guy. he has a "can" problem, apparently. there were lots of go-getters out tonight.

i can't tell which of these pictures i like more. but i can probably sell each of them for at least $10k. even without cleaning them up in photoshop. THE THOROUGHLY LEGEND-WORTHY 9-11 LAUNCH SPOT:

i did it too:

and these things make that clip below look cooler, maybe.

theend.

wednesday evening

Met Ben and Brent here.

Soul, land on inside ledge, switch soul

https://myfiles.neu.edu/hutchinson.i/skating/BenPriceDropIn.mov
Ben did this drop-in after we skated a spot that is on his cam

Almost everyone hits this ledge on his or her right side. Ben chose to "swim against the stream" and come at it from the left with a soul to bush hop.

wath-nawt

dudes met up with dudes met up with dudes in providence on easter. we did this we did that dylan and tom dropped in on this crazy vert ledge roll in to strange gap. photo #1.

i kind of like this one better.

photo #tom.

as seen in Laced Zine.

a BU team won a lil something something and there was some kind of mob/rally while i was in class. when class let out i went downstairs and somebody had been inspired to buy cake for the entire student body. i've discussed the cake with others and they've confirmed my sentiment that the cake was surprisingly good, for a giant cake being fed to the masses. it was moist & chocolatey, with thick white icing. and free. i ate it too fast to remember to get a photo of the cake itself, but here's my plate.

ian got a new bike,
a cadillac.

ian & i found this rail. it's low and good and we grinded it. was it covered? it may have been covered.

bycicle.

and here's a picture of a cat in a bathtub.

one luv,
brooklyn represent,
i'm out,
it's ya boy,

i mean pieace,
or whatever,

lotobemy

we rode around more. we tried to meet up with ian & friends, but i dunno, we were far away & prospects were vague. we found a crazy double kink but it curved right at the down-flat kink, which was amazingly problematic. so we rode around more and ended up at this place on dorchester ave. brent had taken pictures of it before. we had to kick dirt out of the way for a while so the approach would be okay, and i found a sign/pole to make more trixs out of. it took until dark to get this spot dun, but it was fun. and then we rode really fast back to victoria's and ate delicious-ass food and CHOCOLATE CAKE.

this barely counts

this video will be available in "approximately 210 minutes," haha. it's hardly worth it. after the PJ dropturnkink tom & i rode around a bunch more and ended up at this sweet spot. tom said he'd been there a billion years ago. it's a good spot - good pavement, no bust, it has this thing, plus a rail to rail, a straight rail-to-11stairdown, an out-to-drop rail, a wallride to drop, and some waxable ledges.

I love these

I've owned these for about 2 weeks now and I love them. I thought I would share that with everyone on this site.

vimeo died some yesterday

so today here're 2 clips.
sunday we went to roxbury/dorchester & skated different stuff. we wandered southwest from roxbury blue rails and tried to find new spots. there's a tall aluminum stair rail on some street that deserves a session, and boston latin could handle some skating too, but we didn't skate until we got to a dropkink in front of an apartment building in dorchester PJs. nobody bothered us, and tom frontsided it. 1st of 3 spots, 1st of 3 reports.
